This is a game from Nifflas' Support Forum, and it's quite popular there (before it started dying).

TEH ROOLZ
The judge posts a category, such as "music". Then, three people post one picture each of something related to the category. Once all three are in, the judge chooses the one s/he likes best, then the person that posted that picture becomes the new judge. Lather, rinse, repeat.

The first category is "red".
