Intro
It's time to start a new life. And that new life starts with a new house, which you already got for a low price. Unfortunately, the owners said you can't sell any furniture or redo the walls and floors, but that's okay. The house can't be too bad, right? Wrong. As soon as you enter the house, your excitement turns to disappointment. The owners have a little bit of a... quirky style, and you have to live with it. There's also one more thing the owners forgot to mention: an escaped Asylum patient always hangs around the house.
Step One: CAS
Create a Young Adult Sim in CAS. You can customize them however you want. Then, create the crazy person. They must be a young adult and have the traits Insane and Absent-Minded. The traits Neurotic, Childish, Clumsy and Inappropriate are recommended for more fun gameplay. 8) This Sim cannot have the traits Handy, Neat, Natural Cook, Genius, Green Thumb, or Virtuoso traits as these are skill-related, and the crazy Sim isn't one for skills. The two cannot be related to each other in any way.
Step Two: Moving In
You must download the lot 'Crazy Creeper Challenge Lot'. It is available in my Studio, or you can click here. This lot was built on 365 Oak Grove Road in Sunset Valley, and has no custom content. Place this lot in your neighborhood and move the two Sims in (you must purchase it furnished). Rules regarding Build & Buy mode...
Step Three: Playing The Challenge
You must play the first Sim you created, and not the crazy one. In fact, you cannot even click on the crazy Sim to see their needs, wishes, relationships, etc. Kinda like the Asylum Challenge! If you click on the crazy person, I will hunt you down and eat your waffles. The point of this challenge is to have $100,000 in the bank at one time. This shouldn't be too hard if you start saving money from the start, and it will get easier the higher you are in your career. You can also sell bugs, rocks, and gems to earn some cash. You could also play the guitar for tips, sell harvestables, write novels, or sell your paintings for cash. However, you must do this all in a small house where you are constantly fighting with the crazy person over the furniture. The challenge is over when you have 100k, so you are free to move your Sim out and do whatever you want with them. Rules regarding Live Mode/gameplay...
Step Four: Scoring
-1,000 if the Crazy Sim died.
+1 per friend you have.
+2 per friend the crazy person has.
+1 per skill point the crazy person has.
+5 per skill the crazy person has maxed.
+5 if you reached the top of your career.
+50 if you reached the top of two careers.
+2 per $10,000 the lot is worth. Round the furnished value to the nearest $10,000.
+10 if you complete your Sim's lifetime wish.
+5 if Lifespan is set to Normal.
+10 if Lifespan is set to Medium.
+30 if Lifespan is set to Short.
-10 if Lifespan is set to Long.
-30 if Lifespan is set to Epic.
(More may come soon once this challenge has been tested a few times.)
Have fun!
